Refund policy

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.


After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.


  • If the item is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, or
  • If requested, an exchange will be arranged.



If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.


Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
